Job Description
Position: Aircraft Mechanic 3
The MV-22 Mechanic 3 will expertly perform Organizational level troubleshooting, removal, replacement, and/or installation of MV-22 aircraft components which may be dependent upon Airframe/Hydraulic, Flight line/Drive Systems, or Avionics specialty.
Dependent upon assigned specialty, job duties may include but are not limited to engines, gearboxes, rotor hubs, compressors, blades, APUs, fuel systems, drive shafts, flight controls, landing gear assemblies, hydraulic systems, flight controls and surfaces, actuators and hydraulic components, flight controls and rigging, structural and composite repair, software, multi-function displays, slip-ring assemblies, wiring harnesses, generators, GPS, navigation systems, communications systems, Wiring Interface Assemblies, control units, azimuth switches, and all associated and related components.
As an MV-22 Mechanic 3, you must expertly document all maintenance actions in accordance with applicable publications such as the 47+0.2D, IETM
