Job Description • Handling airlines ticket booking mails from both internal external customers. • Taking care of the safety and security of the passengers on flights. • Need to Serve Meals on Board to the Customers with a Hospitality Attitude • Person should have unblemished complexion and good body language. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Hindi and English • Calculates the fare and arranges the route as per requests of the passengers provides information to the passengers in relation to schedule, fares (APT-ABC); and ensures the required coordination. • Performs reservation/booking for the passengers applying to the counter. • Issues tickets for Domestic and International lines, MCOs (Manual Change Orders), Excess Baggage Ticket; changes such tickets; and performs the processes in relation to return of the same. • Performs Endorsement and Rerouting processes. • Welcomes the aircraft; and ensures coordination and communication by and between the crew, handling agent, catering, cleaning, air traffic, customs and immigration. • Ensures that all daily flight documents are prepared in full and complete; places the orders for daily catering service; and keeps any and all kinds of records in relation to the flights. • Performs reservation/booking; and files the post-flight documents accurately and in full; and performs statistical actions in respect of the flight coupons. • In respect of processes for lost baggage, ensures that any lost baggage is found and delivered to their owners, by ensuring coordination with the handling agent and implements the steps in accordance with the compensation process if necessary. • Reports and registers any operational income-cost-financing and financial statistical information to the relevant IT systems such as SAP, ERP, DOP as required by the Management Checking all seat belts and galleys are secure prior to take-off. Making announcements of behalf of the pilot and answering questions during the flight; . Airport Jobs Requirements Must be in good physical condition. Must be able to perform multiple tasks in limited amount of time. Must be a team payer. Must have an adequate means of transportation. Must be flexible, be able to work in a variety of weather conditions. Must be able to communicate information to ramp agents, passenger service agents, and gate agents. Must be able to quickly make critical decisions. Possess mathematical skills a must. Be able to perform general office and computer functions. Responsibilities : • Checking passengers in for flights. • Re-routing or re-booking. • passengers whose flights have been canceled or delayed. • Assisting disabled passengers or those traveling with young children. • Giving passengers up-to-date information of flights. • Greeting and welcoming passengers, and responding to questions. • Checking in baggage. • Making reservations. • Selling airline tickets. • Stocking aircraft with refreshments. • Cleaning aircraft after flights. • Assisting disabled passengers and those with small children. • Providing information to passengers. Coordinates the return of lost luggage with external providers Desired Candidate Profile • Proven experience as Cabin Crew or related customer service experience • Fluency in English, knowledge of additional languages is a strong advantage • Basic skills in MS Office • Customer-oriented approach • Clean, professional appearance and healthy constitution • Exceptional communication and presentation skills • Cool tempered and patient with aptitude in resolving issues • Cabin crew certification or training Edibility Criteria: • Age between 18 to 25 years • Educational Qualification: Passed 10+2 • Height should not be less than 5’2 (155)cm for FEMALES • Height should not be less than 5’7 (173)cm for MALES • Appearance: No tattoos should be visible while in uniform.
