Overview:
Food and Beverage Job Assistant. This position will provide essential support to the lounge's food and beverage operations, ensuring smooth service delivery and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support lounge staff in delivering exceptional service to guests by assisting with food and beverage orders, delivering orders to tables, and addressing guest inquiries.
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of the lounge area, including arranging tables and chairs, setting up bar stations, and ensuring cleanliness and organization.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food and beverages to guests, following established procedures and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations by following proper handling procedures, maintaining cleanliness in work areas, and adhering to safety protocols.
• Operate cash registers and POS systems to process guest payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and credit transactions with care.
• Uphold a positive and professional attitude while interacting with guests and colleagues, representing the lounge in a courteous and welcoming manner.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety, security, and confidentiality.
Requirements:
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities.
