Purpose of the Job: Create thoughtful and appropriate solutions to design challenges of all sizes by translating research insights into beautiful and engaging user interfaces which satisfy user needs, business requirements- and technical constraints. Define the roadmap of products for your area and work with team of product managers and engineering team for implementing the roadmap. Define the strategy for the product with a competition benchmarking. Skills Required : - Experience in front end product management of 3+ years pre-requisite- prior experience with managing websites or mobile applications is required. - Prior exposure to user experience and user research is required - The Product Manager would be responsible for hypothesis creation, hypothesis validation, customer research, interfacing with the design team, working with engineering for feature delivery, product launch and post-launch analysis for the product. - The Product Manager would define the product strategy and own the product backlog for the applications and websites - The Product Manager would be responsible for performing key analytics for the products - prior experience with Google Analytics and Firebase is required. - The Product Manager would be responsible for aiding operations and customer service teams for issue resolutions. Qualifications: - 3+ years on Product Management preferably in consumer-facing platforms - MBA from top schools IIMs, ISB, FMS, MDI, etc. with a technical background preferred - Previous experience in payment products and Personalization preferred - Good with Data Analysis and ability to communicate to all stakeholders including visual presentations
