We Have Openings AIX Admin for One of our Client in Bangalore and Mumbai location with Banking sector domain.
Experience : 3 to 5 Years
Notice period : Immediate Joiner or Currently serving with in this month
Reporting Location : Bangalore and Mumbai ( we are having both location openings, but we are looking only local candidates)
Work Mode : Work From Office
Interview Mode : F2F ( Face to Face Interview in Bangalore and Mumbai location)
JOB Description :
Activities: • Install, Upgrade, Configure AIX Servers • IBM pSeries Hardware • LVM, NIM, NFS. • VIO, LPAR, DLPAR and HMC • System Recovery – Backup and Restore • knowledge on HACMP, VCS, GPFS • Virtualization technologies AIX LPARs/VIOS • Spectrum client installation and configuration • Backup monitoring & Restore Operations • Media Management • Understanding of TCP/IP, NFS, SSH and other UNIX services • Configuring cron jobs, and working on cron logs to checking for job status • AIX command knowledge • Good working knowledge on Power VC/SC. • Handling Sev1 incidents & problem management, preparing RCA
