Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the Juvenile Probation Office, including data entry, record-keeping, and other tasks as assigned.
Assist Juvenile Probation Officers in maintaining accurate records and preparing reports.
Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required.
One year of experience in assisting clients, customers, or staff with guidelines, policies, or services.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Familiarity with computer software applications, including Microsoft Office.
