This role is responsible for leading a team of emergency dispatchers in providing critical support to law enforcement activities. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively under high-stress conditions.

Maintain positivity and resiliency while overseeing daily operations of subordinate dispatch personnel.

Model professionalism, compassion, and support in interactions with the public, field units, civilian staff, other agencies, and coworkers.

Display ability to perform all duties of subordinate staff.
