Key Responsibilities:
• Manage organization wide content on blogs, sites and internally within products.
• Develop engaging product documentation and content on our blogs; write in-depth product descriptions with the perfect blend of creative and technical writing skills
• Research and compile informative product buying guides to influence purchasing decisions
• Discuss content ideas and implement the ideas.
• Participate and contribute in product innovation.
• Support global client base and troubleshoot client issues through content writing.
• Collaborate with other team members to deliver outstanding solutions
• Participate in team meetings and product training
Requirements:
• Solid (exceptional!) English writing skills
• Passionate about Writing, Editing, Marketing Communication and digital technologies.
• Prior experience will not be a criteria for the right candidate
• Knowledge of (or willingness to learn) Content Management Systems; experience in WordPress is a plus.
Professional attitude:
• Work independently to deliver internal and external projects on time.
• Demonstrate initiative to problem solving and implement process improvements
