Our Port Beach and Point Walter venues are built around sunshine, fresh air and the relaxed energy of Perth’s coastline. We’re looking for a confident, hands-on Supervisor who thrives outdoors and brings warmth, leadership and positive energy to every shift.

About You
You’re someone who:
Has experience in customer-facing or supervisory roles (wellness, service or hospitality ideal)
Brings natural warmth, confidence and strong communication
Loves working outdoors and thrives in a coastal environment
Is calm under pressure and quick to problem-solve
Takes ownership, shows initiative and leads with care
Supports team members and builds strong relationships with regulars
Maintains a high standard of professionalism and venue upkeep

What You’ll Be Doing
Leading and supporting the FOH team during shifts
Greeting guests and delivering exceptional customer service
Managing check-ins, queries and day-to-day operations
Overseeing cleanliness, safety and venue presentation
Providing guidance on sauna usage
Resolving onsite issues and supporting member needs
Supporting retail sales and merchandise
Collaborating on community events and activations
Acting as the eyes and ears of the venue, communicating insights and feedback to management
Completing monthly projects and following direction from Operations
Ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures
