Key Responsibilities
• Engage with customers to understand their needs, feedback, and concerns.
• Collaborate with the customer support and product teams to relay customer feedback and insights
• Analyse customer feedback and satisfaction metrics to identify areas of improvement.
• Assist in developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction
• Conduct research and analysis to understand market trends and customer preferences.
• Provide support to senior management in executing customer-centric initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Learn and apply effective communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Participate in customer engagement and outreach programs.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships across different departments.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to learn and apply new concepts quickly.
• Flexibility to work in different departments and locations.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to delivering quality work.
