Job description

ROLE PURPOSE & OBJECTIVE

Develop new partnerships and alliances by initiating, structuring, negotiating and maintaining relationships with SME Lending Fintech's to drive revenue growth for the organization.

Take full ownership of identifying, onboarding, taking live and scaling Fintech partnerships

Manage internal stakeholder and liaise with different departments like tech, ops, risk, infosec, legal etc. to ensure everyone's timely approval for different activities.

Work with Fintech partners to start and scale different lending products and programs like Anchor Led Dealer finance/vendor finance, Digital Business Loans, SID/PID etc.

Develop program notes and model and work with tech to integrate with partner.

Projectize the partnership engagement and undertake all activities necessary for on time go live,

Handling post go live activities like ensuring continuous business from different Fintech partners.

Handling and monitoring the Fintech based transactions by liaising with the Fintech partner team and Internal Transaction team.

Maintaining Data and MIS for various reporting and presentations.

2.KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE

Business/ Financials

Help bank for executing engagements with Fintech, technology companies in Digital lending domain for achieving targeted business numbers.

Help in processing of customer onboarding from Fintech channel.

Track performance of the business through MISs on various business and credit parameters like disbursements, no. of accounts, fees, delinquencies, etc.

Customer (Both Internal & External)

To work towards automation and credit automation in order to provide consistency in decision making and faster TATs.

Understand Bank's infra and core banking system and help in implementing solutions to go live faster.

Internal Process

Coordinate with internal functions like legal, ops, credit and tech for faster go live.

Coordinate with Fintech partner, Credit and Operations teams for ensuring timely processing of proposals on system, customer ID creation, Disbursement updation.

Prepare and validate Transaction files for daily upload through Transaction ops team.

Testing of IT system developments based on the changes in Policy and processes.

Innovation & Learning

Identify training needs to support the business and Provide the training with good resources.

Educational:

MBA / PGDM or equivalent

Experience:

5 - 8 years of experience of handling Fintech partnerships/banking Partnerships.
