Responsibilities and DutiesPlan and implement projects, Lead generations, Client communication, Help define project scope, goals and deliverables, Define tasks and required resources, Collect and manage project team, Manage budget, Allocate project resources, Create schedule and project timeline, Track deliverables, Support and direct team, Monitor and report on project progress, Present to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutions, Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs, Evaluate and assess result of projectRequired Experience, Skills and QualificationsExperience : 5 years experience in BPO field.Education : Graduation and Above (MBA Preferred)Theoretical and practical project management knowledgeKnowledge of techniques and toolsExperience as a project managerExperience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change managementProficiency in project management software toolsSkills and Competencies RequiredGood Communication SkillKnowledge in lead generationCritical thinking and problem solvingExcellent decision-making and leadership capabilitiesContract negotiationConflict resolution experienceAdaptabilityJob Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹30,000.00 – ₹45,000.00 per monthEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:total work: 5 years (Preferred)Management: 5 years (Preferred)Speak with the employer++1 +65610+575
