Comprehensive Training & Supervision
Our AHAs are carefully trained and well supported. You’ll receive:
Monthly clinical supervision from an experienced Team Lead
Ongoing day-to-day guidance from the prescribing speech pathologist
A clear structure and well-monitored program to ensure you always feel confident in your work
You're Working Under the GRP Standard of Care
You’ll be delivering care within our professionally managed AHA program—ensuring clients continue making progress toward their communication goals, even when they’re between therapists.
Crucial Role in Goal Generalisation
You’ll help identify which parts of a client’s goals are ready to be generalised—meaning you’ll be out in the community, working with clients to embed new skills in real-life situations.

What We’re Looking For:
Certificate III or IV in Allied Health Assistance (essential)
Specific experience and interest in speech pathology
Confidence in delivering therapy activities as set by the prescribing clinician
A team player who’s organised, compassionate, and committed
Full, part time, casual or contractor roles available in a supportive and forward-thinking team
