IDR Healthcare is seeking a dynamic and motivated Recruiter to source, place, and support travel allied healthcare professionals. With the demand for allied healthcare opportunities exceeding our supply of top-quality candidates, you'll play a key role in not only anchoring the team, but connecting talented individuals with exciting assignments. Key Responsibilities
• Proactively source and connect with qualified healthcare professionals through a variety of channels, including databases, referrals, job boards, and social media.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with candidates, gaining a deep understanding of their personal and professional goals.
• Match candidates with available assignments that align with their needs and career aspirations.
• Manage the submission and compliance processes for candidate placements.
• Collaborate with candidates, clients, and the IDR corporate team to deliver exceptional customer service and exceed expectations.
• Consistently achieve and surpass placement and performance goals.
• Contribute positively to IDR Healthcare’s supportive and high-energy corporate culture.
Required Skills and Qualifications
• Must have at least 1 year of proven experience staffing allied professionals in the travel space for both MSP and direct clients.
• Highly self-disciplined and results-driven, with the ability to thrive in a remote work environment.
• A people-focused, outgoing personality with a passion for helping others succeed.
• Skilled in sourcing candidates, initiating conversations, and building authentic connections.
• Excellent listener who asks insightful questions to understand and meet candidates’ and clients’ needs.
• Persuasive, trustworthy, and motivated without being overly sales oriented.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple initiatives.
• Problem-solving mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
Compensation and Benefits
• Competitive base salary depending on experience, plus commission.
