About the Role:
Working within the Promotions and Allocations team, you will take ownership of monitoring stock levels across our omni-channel business and ensure stock optimisation for all channels including retail and outlet across Australasia. You will create strong internal stakeholder connections with store managers, working closely with each to maximise profitability for their store by delivering on size curves and product offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop stock plans that align with peak trade periods, promotions, and trends.
Replenish stock accurately, managing closeouts, outlet intakes, and clearance lines.
Collaborate with management on long-term planning and sales promotions.
Communicate stock updates, delivery ETAs, out-of-stock items, large orders, and monthly delivery volumes with internal and external teams.
Use business tools (RMS, NetSuite, Power BI) to report and validate actions.
What we're looking for:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with confidence in Excel reporting.
Commercial awareness and the ability to use data for allocation decisions.
Experience with ERP systems (RMS, NetSuite) is a plus.
Retail background preferred, with the ability to engage with store managers.
Confidence, attention to detail, and a positive, can-do attitude.
