Now is your opportunity to be part of the Pillow Talk Fabric, by joining us in this highly exciting Allocations and Planning Assistant role based at our enviable Darra Head Office. As a Allocations and Planning Assistant at Pillow Talk, you will play a key role in ensuring the right product is in the right store at the right time - supporting stock flow across our network and helping to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
You'll analyse sales trends, stock performance and product movement to make informed allocation decisions, while building strong relationships across our Retail, Buying and Warehouse teams. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in merchandise planning and develop your commercial and analytical skillset.
A bit about you...
1-3 years' experience in allocation, replenishment, merchandise planning, buying or similar
Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data and reporting
A natural curiosity for retail performance, with the ability to interpret sales trends and make informed decisions
Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
Proactive and solutions-focused, with a hands-on approach
Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships across teams
Previous experience in a retail environment (homewares, lifestyle or fashion highly regarded)
