We are looking for a skilled Freelance IT Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in Atlassian product suite, especially Jira and Confluence administration.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing user access, roles, and integrations across systems, monitoring and maintaining on-prem and cloud-based IT infrastructure and tools, providing remote IT helpdesk support and systems troubleshooting for distributed teams, implementing and enforcing security best practices and IT policies, and documenting processes and maintaining system configuration records.

Key qualifications include proven experience with Atlassian product suite, hands-on experience with Atlassian cloud migrations, strong understanding of Jira configuration, project setup, permission schemes, and automation, general IT administration skills including cloud systems, excellent problem-solving and communication skills, and ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
