Job Summary
• Urgent Requirement For Customer Service Associate for Outbound & Inbound Process
Altius Customer Services Pvt. Ltd. is a leading BPO operating from Mumbai and Nagpur. Currently hiring for Executives for one of our Voice Process for Nagpur Location.
Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications
Educational Qualification: 12th Passed and above
Work Experience: 6 months in handling customer complaints & queries
Responsibilities and Duties
1. Should be ready to work for Voice process (Inbound/Outbound)
2. Must have a good command of the English
3. Clarity of speech and thought is expected with basic computer knowledge.
4. Responsible for handling customer queries and complaint
5.Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls if
required in a timely manner
6. Ready for rotational shifts
