Job Description
BC Greenhouse Builders is a family owned leading manufacturer of hobby, residential, and institutional greenhouses with a proud history dating back to 1951. We’re looking for an experienced Aluminum Fabricator who takes pride in craftsmanship, works well under pressure, and wants to be part of a supportive, fast-paced team.
What You’ll Do:
Operate chop saws, radial arm saws, and punch presses to cut and prep aluminum extrusions.
Read and interpret cut lists, and technical drawings
Measure, cut, and assemble components using hand and power tools
Inspect finished work for accuracy and quality
Maintain equipment and adhere to all safety procedures
Contribute to a clean, organized, and productive workspace
What You Bring:
2+ years of experience in fabrication or construction industries
Proficient with chop saws, radial arm saws, and punch presses
Strong blueprint reading and measurement skills
Excellent attention to detail (“measure twice, cut once” mindset)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable, safety-conscious, and quality-focused
Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs

Schedule Options:
Day Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Afternoon Shift Monday - Thursday 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM
