The Alumni Engagement Associate contributes to and delivers meaningful alumni programming, events and outreach to engage our network of alumni and increase participation and engagement.

Reporting to the Manager, Alumni Engagement the Alumni Engagement Associate will;

Support the planning, delivery and evaluation of alumni engagement programs and initiatives, with a clear focus on impact, outcomes and return on investment aligned to strategic priorities.
Plan and deliver alumni events and engagement activities, working collaboratively with a diverse range of internal stakeholders to ensure alignment, quality and shared outcomes.
Develop and deliver concise, effective alumni communications that support engagement objectives, promote initiatives and enable clear evaluation of performance.
Build new and productive relationships with a diverse range of students, alumni, stakeholders and influential individuals both inside and outside the University.
Represent the University in internal and external alumni engagements, forums and events, building connections with the broader alumni community.
To be successful, you’ll have:

A Degree with subsequent relevant experience; or
Extensive experience and specialist knowledge or broad knowledge in technical or administrative fields; or
An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
