DBS provides the entire range of banking services for large, medium and small enterprises and individual consumers in India. In 2016, DBS launched India's first mobile-only bank, digibank, with ~1 million savings accounts. In November 2020, Lakshmi Vilas Bank was amalgamated with DBS Bank India Limited. We are looking to meet dynamic individuals who shall:
• Support the HR organisation with capability to drive process/ technology solutions that are aligned to change principles and enhances employee experience
• Identify and drive reengineering initiatives to continuously drive organisation performance
• Work with the cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives/ projects to understand HR operating processes
• Works with available/ new suite of HR solutions to embed change methodology and brings continuous improvement to the eco system
