Designation: Assistant Manager

Department - Finance

Location : Thaltej (SIndhu BHavan)

Experience: Min.3+ years in banking / finance/ treasury roles

Job Role :

Providing treasury support to Treasury Heads IN' Risk Management

Ensuring adherence to forex limits on a daily basis

Taking timely hedging decisions to ensure compliance with exposure norms ü Liquidity Management & Cash flow Planning

Ensuring zero idling of surplus cash and optimum utilization of overdrafts.

Tracking daily cash flows, Cash Planning, Short-term to Long-term Cash flow forecasting.

Ensuring Liquidity at lowest possible cost. ü Borrowing and Investments

Negotiation of banking agreements including credit facilitieś.

Taking borrowings/ investments decisions within the Policy framework. ü Trade and Supply Chain Finance

Cross border Distributor financing, Supplier financing, etc.

Guarantees, SBLC/ LC, cross border payments.

Relationship management with banks and Credit rating agencies and various third parties.

Ensure correct accounting and regulatory compliance in all treasury transactions of the group
