Job Title: AM Trainer (Assistant Manager Trainer)
Location: Jaipur, India
Salary: Up to 5 LPA (depending on experience)
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant Manager Trainer (AM Trainer) to join our team in Jaipur. The AM Trainer will be responsible for the development and delivery of training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. The successful candidate will work closely with the HR team and various departmental heads to identify training needs and develop customized training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver training programs that align with the company's objectives and meet the needs of different departments and employees • Work closely with departmental heads and HR to identify training needs and develop customized training programs • Conduct training needs analysis and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs • Develop and maintain training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials • Use a variety of instructional techniques and delivery methods to ensure the effectiveness of training programs • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of training programs and employee participation • Provide feedback and coaching to employees to enhance their skills and knowledge • Develop and implement training metrics and measurements to assess the impact of training on employee performance • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, or a related field • At least 1 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate environment • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong organizational and project management skills • Ability to design, develop, and deliver effective training programs • Experience with a variety of training methods and techniques, including e-learning and virtual training • Strong coaching and feedback skills • Ability to analyze training needs and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs • Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design techniques • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
