Job Title : Asst. Manager / Dy. Manager /Category Head
Location : Ahmedabad / Baroda / Surat
Job description:
The incumbent will be responsible for leading the assigned category / territory (for Satellite) within one of key markets and work with the leadership team and cross-functional position is an Individual Contributor Role / This position is a leadership role. (As per the role requirement)
Roles and Responsibilities:
● Understanding of the key clients’ strengths and opportunities and it’s end customer thereby enhancing business response for the client through a solution driven approach.
● Revenue Generation in the given category and Increasing the volume market share for the assigned categories.
● Identifying new business opportunities from the untapped market sections; further developing the new market in given segments.
● Formulate new ideas and create opportunities for direct sales to major accounts by introducing innovative advertising schemes.
● Ensure optimum market penetration and achievement of targeted collection
● Negotiate and conclude the annual deals
● Active role in realistic and timebound Sales planning of the category / categories.
● Good networking with advertisers, ad agencies (media planners and buyers) and Interactive marketing agencies
● Team handling and team grooming by appropriate feedback and coaching / demonstration of mock calls
● Responsible for daily / monthly review meetings with the team & with Unit Head / SVH.
● Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients
● Prepare and update client card for all key clients

● Ability to communicate, present and handle objections internally as well as externally at all levels of the organization
● Good negotiation and presentation skills and has ability to demonstrate the same to team
● Good business acumen
● Should be tech savvy.
● Result Oriented, Excellent Relationship Management, High on energy

● Policies, Process and System driven
● Strong team building, Leadership and man management skills
● Open to travel
● Ability to conduct research and analyze data-driven insights.
● Team leading experience will be preferred
Education: Any Graduate / Post Graduate / MBA
Experience: 3 to 8 Years in sales ( Media/ Real State/DTH/Telecom/ FMCG)
Compensation: As per Industry Benchmark
