Job Roles & Responsibilities:
Responsible for site overall performance.
+ Preparing work orders for the technicians + Supervising the technician’s daily job.
+ Making regular inspection and checklist
+ Preparing PPM schedule and ensure that performance of jobs are good.
+ Coordinating and cooperating the client representatives.
+ Preparing daily report and customer service report.
+ Inspecting and repairing low and medium electrical equipment such as transformers, Generators, UPS up to 600KW when necessary.
+ Repairing electrical faults and bringing systems to normal operational condition.
+ Read, when required, electrical meters and compile information in an understandable manner and train the team.
+ Understand and repair water traps, toilet mechanism, sewer installations and different methodologies to clear blockages
+ Inspect and repair when necessary building finishes.

Taking In -charge of technical maintenance and ensure 24/7 uninterrupted operation of the facility. ▪ Operation and periodical maintenance of all equipment’s installed. ▪ Regular monitoring and data logging. ▪ Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Annual reporting to client ▪ Planned Preventive Maintenance scheduling and implementation. ▪ Co-ordination with Govt Authorities. ▪ Energy saving initiatives implementation. ▪ Annual Shutdown planning and execution. ▪ Spares planning and management. ▪ Carry out General rounds in the site and observation of surroundings. ▪ Preparing of reports for weekly once and monthly reports. ▪ Maintenance of UPS systems and storage battery banks up to 400 KVA20No’s. ▪ Operation & Maintenance of different types of HVAC (Split, Cassette, Precision, Package, AHU). ▪ Preparing Yearly Shutdown Preventive Maintenance schedule &follow-up. ▪ Co-ordinate with PPM schedule for all AMC vendors related equipment’s& follow-up vendors to do the same in time. . ▪ Prepare & implement the Standard operate procedure (SOP), for all equipment. ▪ Monitoring Fair Alarm System and Public Announcement System ▪ Maintaining Access Control. ▪ Maintaining the Building Management System. ▪ Regular monitoring and operating the chillers. ▪ Take care of all Meter readings consumptions such as electrical meter, water meter and gas meters. ▪ Inspection and testing the new shop innovation area with the test reports. ▪ Troubleshooting the electrical downs. ▪ Troubleshooting the FCU. ▪ Doing PPM for electrical equipment. ▪ Doing PPM for AC equipment with the help of AC technician. ▪ Managing the store Materials. ▪ 11KV/2MVA Generator 12 No’s. ▪ Energy audit Energy Management & etc.
