Job Description
To manage day-to-day HR operations, employee grievance handling, and basic HR administration to ensure smooth workplace functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily HR operations and employee lifecycle activities (joining to exit).
Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, and leave records.
Manage employee data, HRMS updates, and HR reports.
Address employee grievances and support conflict resolution.
Act as the first point of contact for employee concerns before escalation.
Handle recruitment
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
