Job Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage daily attendance records through biometric systems.
Maintain shift schedules, overtime, leaves, and late/early reports.
Reconcile attendance data for payroll input.
Ensure accurate calculation of earnings, deductions, and net pay.
Process monthly payroll in accordance with statutory and organizational policies.
Coordinate with finance/accounting for salary disbursement.
Ensure compliance with labor laws including PF, ESI, PT, and TDS.
Prepare and file statutory returns as per schedule.
Generate payroll reports, MIS reports, and employee cost summaries.
Support audits and internal reviews with necessary payroll documentation.
