An Amazon Global Selling Expert & Ecommerce Manager is responsible for driving the growth and success of a company's online business on the Amazon platform. This role requires a deep understanding of Amazon's marketplace, a strong analytical mindset, and a passion for e-commerce.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive Amazon selling strategy, including product selection, pricing, marketing, and customer service.
• Product Listing Optimization: Create and optimize product listings to improve visibility and conversion rates.
• Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability and minimize costs.
• Marketing and Promotions: Develop and execute effective marketing campaigns to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
• Performance Analysis: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of Amazon selling efforts.
• Customer Service: Oversee customer service operations to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with Amazon's policies and regulations.
• Global Expansion: Identify and explore opportunities for global expansion on Amazon marketplaces.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Amazon Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Amazon's marketplace, including Seller Central, advertising platforms, and fulfillment services.
• E-commerce Experience: Proven experience in e-commerce, with a strong understanding of online marketing and sales strategies.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and use insights to drive decision-making.
• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and find effective solutions.

Additional Qualifications (Preferred):
• Experience with Amazon advertising platforms (e.g., Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands)
• Knowledge of SEO and PPC marketing
• Experience with e-commerce analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Amazon Seller Central Analytics)
• A degree in business, marketing, or a related field
