Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Prior experience in warehouse operations or logistics management is an advantage, but not mandatory.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in varying temperatures (e.g., cold storage areas).
• Technology Skills: Basic computer and data entry skills, familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to handle multiple tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
• Problem-Solving: Critical thinking and troubleshooting skills to resolve operational issues swiftly.
• Teamwork: Strong team player with the ability to contribute to team goals.
• Experience:
• At least 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or inventory management role is preferred.
