Key Responsibilities
• Receive, scan, sort, and store inventory in designated locations.
• Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders according to instructions.
• Operate manual or powered equipment, including pallet jacks or forklifts, as needed (training provided).
• Maintain safety standards and ensure work areas remain clean and organized.
• Handle packages and items of various sizes and weights safely.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
• Monitor and report inventory discrepancies or damaged goods.
• Adhere to all company policies, including workplace safety and security guidelines.
• Required Skills and Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
• Good physical stamina; ability to stand, walk, lift, bend, and carry items for extended periods.
• Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and meet performance standards.
• Flexibility to work in varying temperatures and environments, including warehouse floors and loading docks.
• Experience
• Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment operations is a plus but not required.
• On-the-job training is provided for all associates, making this role accessible for individuals entering the field.
• Working Hours
• Flexible shifts available, including day, night, and weekend shifts.
• Overtime may be required during peak seasons.
• Part-time and full-time positions are available to accommodate varying schedules.
