Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with other departments to optimize warehouse operations and meet customer demand.
• Prepare and submit regular performance reports to senior management.
• Required Skills and Qualifications
• Proven leadership experience, ideally in warehouse or distribution center management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle operational challenges effectively.
• Solid understanding of warehouse operations, logistics, and inventory management.
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced and evolving environments.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and warehouse management software.
• Experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Experience with inventory management systems and operational processes is preferred.
• Prior experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse is a plus.
• Working Hours
• Full-time position with flexibility in working hours, including evening or weekend shifts depending on operational needs.
• Some overtime may be required during peak seasons.
