About Amazon SDS Associate Recruitment
As an Amazon SDS Associate, you have a very clear purpose: to ensure successful deliveries by supporting customers, drivers, shippers, and Delivery Service Partners. You’ll be the first point of contact for our English customers by answering their requests through phone, chat, and/or email, and use a variety of tools to navigate and review solutions in real-time, facilitate the flow of information between delivery stakeholders, and communicate effectively with our customers. You will also be responsible for gathering intelligence to prevent any potential issues that may impact customer experience and delivery performance.

What qualifications do we need from you?
• Possess the authority to work in India.
• Strong English communication abilities (both written and spoken fluency).
• Working knowledge of computers.
• Being available between the hours of 6 am and 11 pm, Monday through Sunday, to perform various shifts.
• Ability and willingness to work a variety of shifts, including those that start early or conclude late.
• A separate office area with a desk and chair is all you’ll need for a peaceful, distraction-free workspace.
• A hard-wired ethernet internet connection (no WiFi), with a minimum broadband connection speed of 20 MB for
• download and 8 MB for upload (from a technical standpoint).
What are your hours?
• This role requires working variable hours to match when customers need us most. You will work overnight/day/late shifts and your work week is a minimum of 40 hrs, for example, 4x10hrs or 5x8hrs. In order to match our customer demand, we schedule based on a variety of different shift patterns within the operating hours of 6 am and 11 pm Sunday to Monday.
• You may be required to work on national holidays
