Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive employee hiring and separation processes for specific groups
• Implement the HR strategy in consultation with leadership and aligned with business needs, regulatory requirements, and market conditions
• Design and execute HR programs that foster a living organizational culture and desired workplace environment
• Develop and restructure organizational design frameworks to enhance agility, synergy, and collaboration
• Manage Annual Goal Setting and Performance Management process to deepen meritocratic principles within the organization
• Coach line managers on effective performance management and feedback practices
Requirements include an advanced degree in Human Resources or related field from a reputable institution, 10-12 years of experience in all areas of HR as an HR Business Partner, and a deep understanding of employee-centric and business-focused HR processes.
