About the role:
We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Ambassador’s Community Executive to join our team. As the Ambassadors Community Executive you will be responsible for building and managing an engaged community around our brand. You will work closely with the marketing team and customer service teams to ensure that our community is thriving and we are generating quality leads. You will be the voice of our brand, and you will be responsible for ensuring that our community is informed, engaged, and happy.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a community management strategy that drives engagement, retention, and growth.
Build, Onboard and manage an active and engaged community on social media platforms, forums, and other online channels.
Identify and engage with key advocates and ambassadors within the community.
Respond to ambassador inquiries, comments, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Work closely with the marketing team to create and publish content that resonates with the community.
Monitor community feedback and provide regular reports and insights to the marketing and customer service teams.
Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and provide feedback to the product and engineering teams.
Monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date with the latest social media and community management best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in community management, social media management, or customer service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong writing skills with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Demonstrated experience in managing multiple social media platforms and online communities.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decision-making.
Passion for social media, community building, and customer engagement.
