We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as Director of Food and Beverage. This exciting role offers the chance to lead a talented team and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
About the Role
• Lead a high-performing team of hospitality professionals, directing their development and ensuring excellent service delivery.
• Develop and implement strategies to exceed guest expectations, driving revenue growth and enhancing the overall customer experience.
• Oversee food and beverage operations, maintaining high standards of quality and sustainability while adhering to responsible business practices.
• Collaborate with the finance team to set, monitor, and refine budgets, driving revenue and optimizing resource allocation.
• Multitask to manage multiple outlets, kitchens, banquet facilities, and convention spaces, supervising managers and staff to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
• A minimum of 4 years' relevant experience, including management experience.
• Fluency in the local language is essential.
• Possession of required certifications or permits from local authorities.
