Key Responsibilities:
• Develop innovative space planning solutions
• Create architectural drawings and construction documents
• Select FF&E materials and finishes
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Space Planning, Architecture, and Construction Drawings skills
• Interior Design and FF&E selection skills
• Experience in interior design projects
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Creativity and attention to detail
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3ds max
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field
