Job Summary:As a Customer Support Representative at American Airlines in Jamaica, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing timely and efficient assistance to passengers. Key Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and courteous manner.

• Required Skills and Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Prior experience in customer service or hospitality industry is desirable.
• Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proficiency in computer applications and reservation systems; familiarity with airline ticketing software is an advantage.
