About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Product Owner to drive the backlog of our core banking solution. This role requires someone with a strong background in technical business analysis and experience in fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities
• Write detailed user stories and provide technical specifications for custom development and system integration changes as part of bank-wide projects or change requests.
• Collaborate with both technical and non-technical team members to understand business needs and design appropriate solutions.
• Act as one of the main contacts for the Core banking application vendor for incident management and change support for business services in the responsibility.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business process flows, data models, and detailed functional designs.
Requirements
• Experience: 4+ years
• Strong background in technical business analysis, preferably in the fintech/banking sector or similar startup or fast-paces environment
• Experience and a solid understanding of business and/or IT service management
• Excellent analytical, networking, and conceptual thinking skills, with the ability to understand and integrate various aspects and requirements from a holistic perspective
• Ability to operate effectively in a multi-stakeholder environment across different geographies
• Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration between teams and stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to deliver products and features from concept to launch
