Key Responsibilities Senior Manager operations shall be responsible to define various operational processes for the products being ledDefining SOPs for handling customer escalationsEnsuring the KPIs for the processes are being metWorking towards optimizing the existing process to make them more streamlined and efficientWorking closely with the operations excellence team and the product teams to enable the operations for the productDesired Background 5-8 years of experience working in the banking domain in any one of multiple products - Debit cards, bank transfers including UPI, and lending products.Working knowledge of handling customer issues/ disputes across banking productsExcellent communication and presentation skillsHands-on knowledge of MS-office ecosystemMost importantly, an innate hunger for learning and executing with an ownership mentality.
