Tatva Chintan Pharma Chem Limited: Senior Executive/Assistant Manager/Dy. Manager (HR & Admin) Role
To optimize employee engagement and productivity, we are seeking a skilled professional to manage HR and admin services in our manufacturing unit.
Job Responsibilities:
• Employee Engagement: Design and implement strategies to boost employee morale and motivation, promoting a positive work environment.
• HR Process Management: Oversee the entire HR lifecycle, from recruitment to talent development, ensuring seamless execution of HR processes.
• Integrated Management Services (IMS): Provide comprehensive HR support, including payroll, induction, and exit formalities, while maintaining compliance with labor laws.
• Administration: Manage various aspects of site administration, including transport, canteen, security, housekeeping, visitor management, and VIP customer handling.
• Salary, Payroll, and Attendance Administration: Ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries, maintain attendance records, and handle payroll-related tasks.
• Events and Celebrations: Plan and execute events and celebrations that foster a sense of community and teamwork among employees.
• CSR Activities: Develop and implement CSR initiatives that align with the company's values and goals.
• Employee Grievance Handling: Address and resolve employee grievances in a fair and timely manner, maintaining a positive and respectful workplace culture.
• Community Relations and Public Affairs: Foster positive relationships with local villagers and government authorities, representing the company's interests and values.
Requirements:
• Qualification: MSW, MBA-HR, MHRAM, MLW with B.Com or B.Sc in Chemistry (Diploma in IRPM preferred)
• Experience: 5-10 years in HR and admin roles, with a strong background in HR process knowledge and expertise
