About the Role
We are seeking an experienced specialist anaesthetist to join our team at Southland Hospital. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for providing expert anaesthetic services to patients, including pre-operative assessment, operating theatre services, obstetric analgesia, intensive care, and emergency department resuscitation.
Key Responsibilities
Provide specialist anaesthetic services to patients, including pre-operative assessment, operating theatre services, obstetric analgesia, intensive care, and emergency department resuscitation.
Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures.
Participate in teaching and education programs for junior staff members.
Requirements

Advanced knowledge and skills in anaesthesia, including expertise in modern techniques and technologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
