Analyst - Admin Support
What this job involves:
We are looking for an Analyst to support the Global & EMEA Marketing Operations and Global Marketing Executive programs by providing the following:
• Performs complex administrative work, involving independent judgment and discretion, necessary to manage the workflow of key programs, finance, and invoice processing with an understanding of priorities
• Plan and coordinate meetings virtually across regions and various time zones
• Prepare and submit expense reports with detail and accuracy for managers and key leaders in Global Marketing
• Prepare and distribute presentations, reports, spreadsheets, correspondence, and other documents as required
• Maintain and update Global Marketing SharePoint sites.
• Create monthly presentations and Financial Analyses based on monthly finance reports and leverage the Allocadia budget tool.
• Collaborate with JLL business services and shared services office on reporting, tracking, and reconciliation of global marketing budgets
• Any additional operational works as and when needed

• The role requires 2-3 years of professional experience
• Prior experience in executive and operations-related assistance
• Proficiency in MS Office – excel sheets, power point, and finance tools
• You will be working with stakeholders with international exposure to drive tasks promptly
• Responsiveness to communication and tasks is key across time while ensuring all best practices are applied – you should be able to plan your time, bandwidth, and tasks efficiently and effectively and communicate internally and externally as well.

• Experience in finance tools, MS Office
Skills and knowledge
• This role would entail multiple tasks requiring you to be proficient in finance tools, Microsoft Office software.
• You will be working with stakeholders with international exposure to drive tasks promptly.
• Ideal candidate will be adaptable to new tools as per business requirement
Communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills .
• Prior experience of work with global and international clients is preferred.
Time management
• Detail-oriented, organized, with problem-solving approach and should be able to manage multiple projects and simultaneously while maintaining accuracy
Team player
• Must be a self-starter but also a team player with the ability to multi-task and excel in a fast-paced, matrix, and customer service-oriented environment
