Analyst / Associate – B2B Marketing and content
Experience: 1-3yrs
Responsibilities
• Partner with the business team to support on marketing and outreach efforts for the SME banking segment
• Support the marketing team in executing omnichannel campaigns to drive recall and enable acquisitions
• Establish and maintain strategic relationships industry associations, agencies and other key external stakeholders
• Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and customer trends to ensure effectiveness of branding and product marketing strategy
• Manage the content strategy for the B2B segment of the bank across channels.
• Support the business team in delivering a cohesive sales pitch by developing relevant pitchbooks and sales tools
• Support product marketing for the institutional banking segment through configuration, tracking & monitoring of relevant nudges
• Managing regular updation of the corporate and SME website basis business & marketing requirements and monitor engagement patterns
• Manage data dashboards to measure impact and shape future marketing plans
Requirements::
• Management graduate with a good understanding of marketing concepts
• Experience of dealing with senior stakeholders, clients and partners
• Possess a strong business acumen and has an ability to think strategically and tactically
• Excellent relationship building skills and someone who understands business cultures and nuances
• Creatively inclined with good content writing skills
• Proven analytical capabilities and a “data-driven” mindset
• Ability to work towards challenging deadlines and across the marketing mix and has strong stakeholder management skills
• Exposure to digital marketing, content marketing, and social media
• Experience in Events (both physical and digital) management, Branding and Communications
• Is used to fast-paced work environment
