Impact: Customer data is used to ensure high-quality customer service, efficient distribution management, and critical inputs to strategic planning and performance measurement. Enterprise delivery of data and insights via Tableau CRM are a critical enabler to a higher-performing distribution platform that supports all elements of sales, service, and support
Functional Responsibilities:
• Develop advanced Tableau CRM data visualizations with the ability to create complex formulas and calculations within Tableau CRM to meet the needs of complex business logic
• Maintain and publish syndicated Tableau CRM Dashboards on Salesforce
• Identify and resolve dashboard related issues
• Perform Tableau CRM administrative and support activities including security administration, release management, and troubleshooting
• Perform development activities from gathering requirements and designing solutions, through developing code/reports, to testing and release/deployment.
Job Requirements And Qualifications:
Required Education: Bachelor's Degree in data analytics/computer science or engineering
Required Experience: 3-5 years
