Job Description
Role of the Sanction & Embargoes to ensure that an appropriate Team Filtering system is deployed throughout the Societe Generale Group to filter the flows and referential of all the entities of the Group. To ensure this task, the team is in regular contact with a very large number of internal and external stakeholders, such as regulators, internal audit or Sanctions & Embargoes correspondents within the entities.
The main tasks of the Service analyst are:
Data Quality & monitoring on sanctions embargoes filtering data (Sanctions, PEP list etc)
Data Analysis and management
Execute controls at defined time and accuracy
Prepare and publish process documentation/ reports
Responsibilities
Quality Monitoring on sanctions embargoes filtering implementation
(a) Liaison between entities and technical filtering teams
(b) Finalize the remediation activities of the data quality problems of the repositories sent daily to the sanctions & embargoes filtering
(c) Contribute to the evolution of data quality control tools when identifying new data quality schemes by the filtering and audit teams
(d) Extend data quality control activities to other filtering themes (Politically Exposed Persons and Relatives; transactions; etc.)
2) Prepare Key Performance Indicator (KPI)s and Key Risk Indicator (KRI)s.
3) Analyze complex information from different sources and restore it with synthesis and clarity.
4) Monitor and correct process non-compliance
5) Perform Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) driven activities.
