We are seeking a talented and passionate individual with a strong experience in Content Writing and Internal Communications Management to support our Global affiliate Communications.
About The Department
Global Finance GBS Bangalore was established in 2007, is currently responsible for supporting Accounting, Finance & Procurement, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) for Headquarters, region Europe, North America, International Operations (IO) & GBS Bangalore. The main purpose of our existence is to provide superior service to our stakeholders consistently and add value to the processes in terms of standardization and efficiency.
Job Description
You will support our International Operations team in Zurich by writing compelling and engaging content for a variety of creative assets such as emails, playbooks, blogs, newsletters, website copy, leadership communications, and more.
Your responsibility includes developing and delivering effective content with a flair for creative writing. In addition, you will manage and execute internal communications, collaborating closely with our affiliates.
Your ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders, including executives, managers, and employees at all levels, to gather information and insights for content creation is crucial.
Strong project management and execution skills are essential for this role. You should be highly organized, capable of handling multiple projects, and meeting deadlines with minimal supervision.
It is imperative that you work closely with the project team to ensure seamless support, maintain a high level of work quality, and achieve timely turnaround.
You must possess strong oral and written communication skills, supported by relevant experience.
You should have a natural curiosity, constantly seeking opportunities for self-improvement, and staying abreast of best practices and innovations in communication within the market.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Communications, Journalism, English Literature, Marketing Communications, Advertising, or related fields
• Should possess 5 to 8 years of combined experience in creative writing and internal communications management
• Strong understanding of storytelling techniques and the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner
• Proficiency in spoken and written English, preferably British English, with a strong command of grammar
• Excellent language skills and meticulous proofreading abilities, with a keen eye for attention to detail
• Proficient at working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in managing internal communications is a plus
• In-depth knowledge of design concepts and creative work, with a strong sense of visualization and color, is a plus
