Description:
The Creative CoE, which is part of Eaton's Sales and Marketing Centre [SMC] located in Pune, is the in-house design agency serving Eaton's global businesses across web design, graphics, 3D/Video and email marketing functional areas. We are looking for an Analyst - Creative Visualizer (Graphics) with expert knowledge in the Print and Graphics domain.
The primary job will be to execute the creative briefs for creating visually appealing layouts for infographics, print materials such as Brochure, Catalogue, Manual and Technical layouts. This role works closely with project lead/manager for delivering high quality output with committed timeline. This role will act as a consultant to provide better design solution to our EMEA & US customers, while adhering to Eaton's brand guideline.
The candidate should be able to understand the business requirements and translate them into visually appealing creative assets.
• Work closely with EMEA/US team for conceptualization for creative projects – creative templates, design proposal, etc.,
• Develop the visual design layouts, templates, styles guides.
• Ability to work on all print materials such as brochures, manuals, catalogs, etc. by using Adobe InDesign and Illustrator.
• Create visually engaging and compelling stories through visual design and concepts.
• Work closely with Production Lead/Team manager for creative project assignment and priorities.
• Interface with stakeholders to learn their business goals and areas of research and then translate those ideas into innovative ideas and visual concepts.
• Produce fresh, innovative work that translates complex ideas into compelling print materials and digital experiences for visually sophisticated audiences.
• Be innovative while working within brand guidelines, templates and the creation of layouts, presentation and design styles.
• Update/creative technical drawings/illustration by using Adobe Illustration.
• Present and oversee final design, and obtain buying from the Stakeholder or Global Brand Team.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, while working independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Must have demonstrated skill and experience in current, international design aesthetics and supporting technologies.
Qualifications
Requirement:
• Bachelor's/Master degree in fine art, graphic design, or similar discipline.
• Prior project management experience, with a focus on creative direction.
• 4-8 years of Print, Graphic Design Experience in agency or corporate setting.
• Master's degree in marketing or business will be added advantage.
• Expert knowledge on design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite.
• Expert knowledge on MS office application for Presentations.
• Expert in typography, layout, and prototyping.
• Strong written and verbal skills in English required
• Should be a self-starter & be able to operate without close supervision
• Intermediate skills on storytelling through engaging illustrations/drawings.
• Highly collaborative with other team members.
• Have strong interpersonal skills, analytical & troubleshooting skills.
• Able to think and replicate the creative ideas on paper and digital media.
• Should be comfortable working in Windows & Mac
