This individual will be primarily responsible for setup/support of BI Platforms mission critical applications part of Enterprise Data Platform. The individual will be managing day-to-day operations of the BI applications and deliverables to stakeholders present globally, key business users. What will you be doing . End to end BI Platforms Support management for mission critical applications part of Enterprise Data Technology. . Close engagement with development teams, vendor teams, upstream and downstream systems to ensure smooth on-boarding, releases, migrations, platform stability and delivery of reports and services on time to internal business and external regulators . Engagement with business to understand their issues and enage with IT teams for permanent fix. . Triage incidents which may have a potential impact on the service. . Review Incident, Problem, Change & Events regularly to ensure we understand issues and fix them wherever applicable. . Ensure no manual activities are introduced in any release or those are automated where deemed necessary. . Conduct resiliency test regulary to ensure application stability. . Ensure critical KPI, SLA and deliverables are met for all the applications on a daily basis. Drive discussion with BTB and business to close production issues caused by change or process. . Drive automation and process improvement to ensure operational efficiency and cost optimization. . Ensure all external and internal audit requests are handled and gaps are remediated with the help of BTB if any. . Continue to contribute and represent RFT for GTSM wide forums like Batch Management, Tools & Automation and Stability. What we're looking for: Personal attributes essential to performing role including competencies, expertise, knowledge, strong communication skills and experience. Skills that will help you in the role: All skills listed are deemed necessary: . Degree in information systems or computer science or any equivalent. . Relevant experience in BI Tools - Tableau (AWS/Linux/Win), SAP BO ,Qlikview /Qliksense . Secondary Skills -Alteryx, Cognos , SSRS etc . Hands on experience on setup and support on majority of the above BI Tools. . Good understanding of Windows and networking: Networking protocols, IP, SSL, Load Balancer . Desired to know basics of windows server administration . Must have good understanding of various tooling and process of CI/CD, AWS ,Linux/Unix operating systems . Good understanding of any BI Reporting Tools . Good understating of PL/SQL and Database like Oracle, Mongo DB & Windows SQL Server . Good understanding of DevOps, Lean Control process, and various stages of Agile Change life cycle. . Good understanding of scheduling tools like Tivoli & Autosys Any combination of these skills boost eligibility: . Preferred to have good knowledge of any ETL Tool like Alteryx .
