Job Title - Analyst - Equity Capital Market
Location - Mumbai
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Pitching: Work on pitch documents to understand the business, distribution capabilities both domestic and global, investor access and procurement capabilities
- Working on Credentials (domestic and global) in order to gain edge over competing bankers
- Work on comparable companies investor analysis, Investor analysis of recent capital market issuances.
- Co-ordination: Coordinating with sales team and Bankers or with clients when required
- Ensure deal credentials of the relevant sector both in-house and global are leveraged upon
- Deal Execution: Assisting in preparation of investor trackers picks / any other document relevant for executing the transaction
- Working closely with analysts, counsels to ensure the distribution of pre-deal note distribution.
- Liaising with India, US and UK legal and compliance teams on documents and approval for accessing investors in the US
- Attending select due diligence calls in case of an issuance which is going to be marketed to US Investors
- Compliance: Ensuring all the compliance processes including Conflict Check, Wall Crossing Request, EUC Memo, Deal Closing Checklist are adhered and maintained in an organised manner
- Publications: Work on necessary publications IPO Dairy, IPO Calendar - which can be sent by Sales / ECM teams to the investors and by the Bankers to their respective clients
- Database Management: Manage various databases including pipeline, master investor database, to ensure smooth flow of transactions and ensure proper record-keeping
