What You’ll Do
• Operational Excellence, Costing tools in Service Industry, Prodcutivty etc.
• Financial Planning and Analysis.
• Financial and Business analysis
Ability to analyze and interpret financial and non-financial data for business \ Executive decisions support.
Using cost and management accounting tools and techniques to drive decisions based on meaningful analysis.
Exposure to Variance analysis and providing business case justification on them
• Operational Excellence
Deploy various financial tools within the organization to tracking cost of various services provided by SCM Services.
Contributing to the arriving and monitoring of standard cost and helping the team stay on top of the their cost and have a continuous focus on its improvement.
Help the team identify and action cost-out opportunities.
Drive the organization in various cost out and CI projects from finance perspective.
• Planning & rolling Forecasts
Contributing to the preparation of periodic forecasts, month close and supports the business in annual planning. Ability to draw right inferences
Works with key stakeholders (customers) to ensure there is tight information alignment on various aspects of financial information sharing.
Driving Budgets, Profit Plan, Monthly closue and reporting
• Others
Drive / contribute in organizational continuous improvement initiatives working collaboratively with other functions
Experience of working in an ERP environment
Proficient in MS Excel. Ability to handle multiple files and large data
Qualifications
• CA / CWA / MBA.
• Hands on experience in financial analytics and insight generation.
• Experience in vrious costing techniques in Service Industry.
• Expertise in Excel.
• 8 to 10 years of relevant experience.
• Good Interpersonnel Skills.
Skills
Ability to understand his / her domain and is able to translate the same to easily understandable language to the user.
Strong ability to understand financial and operational trends and translate them in to actions, network within & outside of SCM Services.
